Terms of product & delivery
- Oopsie Daisy Floral requires the sender to complete all information to
fill an order. If the Info is not complete the order may not be
filled.
- Holiday pricing will be adjusted towards your order according to the
holiday prices on the holiday page Like Valentines Day & Mothers Day.
- The shopping cart has all the fields required to fill an order except the
recipients phone number, the date of delivery, and a specific card message
field, all of these may be entered in the *notes box or field on the final
page of the shopping cart.
- Some Flowers or plants may not be in season or in stock, if not we need a
legitimate way to reach you for a second choice or we will use the next
closest Flower, plant or container.
- We give the finest quality at the most reasonable price, so we ask that
you except these terms and have the confidence in us, our quality guarantee
is designed to assure you of our integrity.
- If the recipient is not home or at the delivering destination to receive
the flowers, plants, gifts or balloons it is possible they will receive a
tag on the door describing the arrangement has been left at a neighbors with
the house number or office number etc., or we will leave our stores address
and phone number for further pick up or delivery arrangements if brought
back to the store. You may also request how you would like this handled.
- Flowers are seasonal, your local flower shops and florists will have the
right to substitute the closest style or look on any product on this sight.
- Applicable Sales Tax and delivery will be charged. Delivery charges
may be changed on online orders but may just slightly vary if any.
